Start little. Aim big.

We are raising our two children in downtown Boston. This site is about making small improvements to our urban neighborhood and teaching our children how to do that work themselves.

The kids and I focus on the block where we live, and we work outwards from there. We explore “new” tools, like video and social networking. We also rely on “old” tools, like business letters and picking up the phone. Along the way, we investigate how downtown Boston is organized and governed.

Little Impact is a learning experience for children, but our advocacy is real. Together, we’re looking to take a stand and accomplish things in the city where we live.
