Here’s a neighborhood development project that we support and are excited about: Parcel 24.
This is not your typical building project in downtown Boston, in large part because of the hard work of our friends at the Asian Community Development Corporation who have a stake in the project. We’re taking a “field trip” to the public meetings described below to learn more and voice our support.
Here’s a notice from ACDC about a public meeting tonight (1/13/11):
Happy New Year to everyone!
ACDC invites you to a community meeting regarding the landscape design of Parcel 24. As a result of proposed program changes to Parcel 24, the central open space will not only increase in size significantly, but may also change in design and program of use. We want to continue the community process and engage your participation in a meaningful discussion on a revised design for this open space. The meeting will be on Thursday, January 13th, 6-7:30pm in the Metropolitan community room, 38 Oak Street. Please come and join us!
